I have done a lot of dieting and HIIT training as a ballroom dancer and I have tried a lot of methods. I am also a finance professional so it became painful for me take more than an hour out of my day when I was already working plus dancing for two hours a night to go workout. HIIT was introduced to me by my dancer partner and I am so glad I've heard of it now.What I liked most about this book is that it is written for an absolutely beginner but never talks down to the reader. It It embraces the fact that our lives are getting busier and busier by the day as well as the fact that we are human and are susceptible to slipping up with our eating but never punishes us for it.. The workouts are written with clear descriptions and it also gives multiple workouts which for me is great as my knees aren't so good anymore and there are even workouts that cater to being more gentle on the joints.I also liked that the reviewer talked about the importance of taking measurements. The scales are not the most important took anymore especially when you have the ability to naturally pack on muscle.

This book was such a good read. Although its aimed at beginners and those with little knowledge at all - yep that would be me, it never made me feel like I was wrong for never having bothered to take interest in this before. Having just finished 6 months of travelling Asia and doing 0 exercise and eating/drinking to my hearts content, I needed a guide to help me back on track, and Sarah does this perfectly.The wording, sentences and layout is just simple, easy to follow and actually very enjoyable to read. I'd definitely recommend to anyone who is hoping to get back on track and needs it in the more simpler terms than other weight loss/exercise regime books.

I loved this program, as I like to change my workout intensity to suit my mood. The easy to read layout and length meant I spent more time doing the exercises, rather than reading them, unlike some other books I have tried.I liked the Information on assessing fitness and the good coverage of stretching techniques, especially loved fitting a workout into 4 mins, with details of how to do them at home or in the park.Overall, this program covers it all, including great eating advice with the bonus of meal plans that I didn't expect from this great little book.

Just what I need. I can't wait to put this into practice. This book sets out clearly and in an easy to understand way, what I need to do. The exercise program and meal plan is easy to follow and all makes sense. This is a very healthy approach to a quick result that can then be incorporated into a long term healthy lifestyle.
